Golf Bookings Terms & Conditions 

Online bookings are paid in full up front.

Stay & Play Packages are paid in full up front. 

Office bookings are subject to a 20% (full rate green fee) or £15 (less than full rate) per player deposit.

If a cancellation is made more than 28 days before the date of play, then payment will be refunded.

If a cancellation is made less than 28 days before the date of play, 50% of the full payment will be retained by the Club.

If a cancellation is made less than 14 days before the date of play, 100% of the full payment will be retained by the Club.

However, if an alternative date can be agreed, payment will remain valid for the new booking date. Alternatively, a voucher will be issued to be redeemed within a year of the original booking date.

We regret that we cannot offer refunds due to delayed/cancelled flights or travel plans, personal injury or illness.  We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
