Darren Parris
PGA Head Professional
Darren’s style of straightforward, effective coaching has seen him teach all standards of players, including many other professionals. Having been PGA Qualified for over 15 years, he has valuable experience to draw upon to help improve your game.
Alternatively if you would prefer a playing lesson, Darren has played in the 2006 Open Championship, the 2005 PGA Cup, winning all five of his matches, and is twice a former winner of the Kent PGA Order of Merit. More recently, he was voted Foremost Professional in 2010, and won the inaugural Foremost Professional Championship in May 2011.
Aaron Galbraith
PGA Head of Game Improvement
Aaron is a PGA Qualified Diploma professional and has been both coaching and custom club fitting for the past 15 years. He has gained a reputation for helping golfers of all levels find their natural swings and a perfectly suited set of clubs in the process. Aaron runs weekly group classes for ladies, seniors and beginners, as well as golf days and birthday parties for juniors. Aaron competes regularly on the Kent and South Region circuits, and has one tournament victory at Royal St Georges and numerous top three finishes.
Alex Blown
PGA Trainee Assistant Professional
Alex started playing golf when he was eleven years old at Lydd Golf Club, under the supervision of Andrew Jones. After several years at Etchinghill Golf Club in Folkestone, he went on to represent club and county in various competitions. He has been with us at North Foreland since March 2009, and turned professional in May 2010. When he’s not working at North Foreland, Alex regularly competes on the South Region circuit and at various Order Of Merit events across the country. Alex has been coaching regularly since July 2010 and has built a strong base of male, female and junior members as well as visiting golfers with his simple coaching techniques, ranging from low single figure handicappers to beginners.
